Reviews

The most comfortable FR pants

"I have been looking for comfortable FR pants for a while. I tried pretty much every single pair of pants in the women’s and men’s sections of multiple work clothes stores. My colleague suggested Truewerk pants as the most comfortable pants in his experience. ARIAT Women's Fr Stretch Ella Jeans in 27Long fit me very well. I ordered Truewerk FR pants in a 30/34 size. The waist is a bit too wide, as expected for a men’s model, but they actually stay on. Length-wise, they are slightly longer than expected, but I expect them to shrink a bit after the first wash. They are very comfortable overall, including in super hot Texas summer weather."

Wish they were American made

"I like the build and the weight of the pants. Light enough to wear in the South Louisiana heat. Pocket placement is practical and handy. The waistband does seem to grow a bit as you sweat in them though. And I wish they were made in America because they make it seem like you are dealing with an American company."

Protection without the sacrifice of comfort

"I love the T-series pants so much I had to buy these to use for when we’re in top out phase and I’m soldering on my knees or using pvc primer. Since they resist sparks and heat, a drop of solder won’t melt my pants and fuse the molten plastics to my legs and I won’t have to worry about potentially weakening my pants’ material if I get some primer spilled on it."

— Michael G. (5/5)

T2 werk pants

"They are strong. You would expect pants that look like this to wear out on the knees from kneeling on concrete and rocks, but these are built different! The water proofing and fast drying material make these awesome for rain and wet job sites. I do hydro vac excavation, and its the only pair I will use. Expensive, but worth it."

— Jordan E. (5/5)

Great work pants

"These are great work pants, breath well, fit well. They are a little baggy, but not enough to make it an issue or lose a star."

— Brian G. (5/5)

Great comfort

"The flexibility and comfort are on par with T1,2,3 pants that I love. The fit is off, I tried 3 different waist and inseam combo and all the same too long too baggy too much fabric. Model the fit off the T series and you have the best FR Pant on the market Also need an option without the knee pads…. I went from a 34 to 30 on the inseam and the knee pad pouch was still below my knee. When you’ve been wearing T1s all summer you’re looking for the lightest FR pant you can find…. Knee pads just add weight and bulk"

— Koel D. (3/5)

"Great quality and well made. They do run a little big"

— Sam (4/5)

"Very comfortable, well made. They do run a little big"

— Sam (4/5)

Very comfortable but fabric is weak

"Incredibly comfortable and has plenty of pockets. That’s the only think keeping it above a two star. My two pairs wore out in less than six months. My original two pairs were both way too big. If you buy be sure to size down and purchase more than two so they last a little longer than mine did"

— Colten (3/5)

Almost perfect

"Almost perfect. Please reinforce the fabric on the knees. Needs to be extra durable. Instead of having the knee pad insert from the bottom, do it from the top, so I can put them in while standing or sitting."

Q&A

Why is there always the square reflectors on the clothing?
Because we believe the reflectors are helpful to some occasions!
Do these come in Orange?
No, currently black is our only color of the FR2 pant
How is the fit in the thigh area? I am a power lifter and as a result have large thighs with a narrower waist? I don’t like buying pants relaxed or loose fit as they are really baggy in the legs but good in the waist.
The FR pants should be good for you.. There is a good amount of room in the thighs!
When you guys say 3 season, which seasons are you guys referring to? I live in Florida so Spring/Summer is damn near eternal around here. A lot of workwear can run dangerously hot down here, making people literally drop of dehydration.
We are referring to fall/winter/spring for the three seasons.
Will these be available in different colors?
We hope to release new colors, but those will not be out until next year.
