How to Measure Your Foot

  1. Place a piece of paper flat on the floor with one edge against a wall.
  2. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall and your weight evenly distributed.
  3. Mark the longest point of your foot on the paper (usually your big toe).
  4. Measure the distance from the wall edge to the mark — that’s your foot length.
  5. Use this measurement to find your size in the chart below.

Awesome Boots!

"What a great boot!! I own whites, nicks and franks boots so I am no newcomer. Ijust reach for these now. They are light and SUPER comfortable the sizing is true. I have 11.5 Asolo gtx hiking boots and these fit the same. Maybe if your gonna wear thick socks get half size up. I think where people are having issues is the laces go much lower to the toe than American boots, if you just try to throw your foot in there the toe box may seem cramped. Loosten all the laces all the way down, spread open the boot and then you are good to go. You will not have to do that each time just the first to set it, I love the low laces as it conformed to my foot very well and they are not even broken in yet…can wear all day out of the box…if your hesitant don’t be. They are so nice you may not want to wreck them lol…I am going to get another pair for just that walking the dog going out etc etc… they are that good"

Very Good Boots

"These boots are sturdy and well made. The soles are very stiff and I have always had exceptional wear from Vibram soles. I only wish that they were available in an EE width. It took me two tries to get a proper fit, but the return process was easy to navigate and I had no issues at all. Good job TRUEWERK!"

Well Made Boots

"These boots are definitely well made and so far have been durable. I went a half size up as recommended and the fit was good. They breathe well and the sole is comfortable. My only issue is the pressure put on the top of my feet by my toes. I tried loosening the laces towards the tip of the boot but still there is pressure there that gets uncomfortable after a long work day. I started wearing them for outdoor activities and working around the house rather than wearing them through a day at work."

Great boots if they were my size

"I absolutely love the boots, superior construction that’s not made in China. I only wear boots made in Europe or Italy to be precise and they did not disappoint, only problem was they were small on my feet. I need to size up to 13 but sadly they are sold out. Either way great pair of boots."

"Although I haven't put them to 'work' yet, they appear to be a well constructed work boot, styled after European mountain / hunting boots. After learning these boots are unisexed sized, I realized that the size chart is not accurate. You must order at least 1 full size larger than the chart indicated (for a male). But, after getting the size issue understood and resolved, I am happy with my purchase."

First off, the quality is

"First off, the quality is top notch. The boot is so well made I would have loved it except for one thing, the boot size is definitely made to small- maybe even two sizes. I consistently wear a size 12 of almost any brand, however, I couldn't even squeeze my foot in their size twelve. My 12 size Sketchers sneakers are almost 2 inches bigger than the size 12 fit well boots. In the end. . . the Fitwell boots don't fit so well!"
